Braxton Kelso's Portfolio

About Me

My name is Braxton Kelso, I have been programming since I was 10. Around that time, I started following examples from my father's college programming books and teaching myself how it all works. I have had experience with all the major programming languages, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, etc. As well as many lesser-known languages like Lua. I also have experience with many SQL databases, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle. I have a lot of experience with web technologies and game development. I am very adept with the Unity game engine and have written multiple servers and REST APIs from scratch.

Computers have always been my passion and I am extremely self-motivated to learn all I can about them. I enjoy problem solving and working out how to teach a computer to solve a task. I also find optimizing to be a fun challenge and fine tuning my code is extremely rewarding.

In summary, if I am given a problem I will not stop until I've solved it using my broad skill set, and determination to learn.

About The Projects

Throughout the years I have programmed many personal projects both to learn and have fun. I have compiled a list of projects I'm particularly proud of. Most of these projects are either freelance commissions I received, or school assignments I completed. Every project was completed and often designed by me alone. I've included examples of my web-based projects, as well as a couple Unity games I developed.

Each project is the culmination of years of self-motivated learning and determination to never stop improving.
